Experience
Jane Israel is the lead consultant and founder of
JLI Solutions LLC. Jane has over 20 years of environmental consulting experience providing economic and policy analysis and litigation support.

Most recently, she applied this experience in her position with a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the community of Coral Bay, St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. As the Community Programs Associate, Jane was responsible for managing a grant to plan for facilities and infrastructure for the community, as they continued to recover from the 2017 Hurricanes Irma and Maria. She wrote several successful grant applications for the organization. Prior to joining the Coral Bay Community Council, Jane provided research and analytical services to a variety of government, non-profit and private sector clients. She has managed a wide variety of projects, ranging from complex litigation support to in-depth regulatory analyses, managing project teams of up to ten people. Through these projects, she demonstrated her ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of clients and stakeholders and to meet deadlines within budget. Her past employers have included Industrial Economics, Inc., Tucker Alan Inc. (now Navigant Consulting Inc.), and JI Consulting Inc. More about Jane’s previous experience can be found on LinkedIn.

Ms. Israel holds an M.B.A. in Finance/Accounting, with a Certificate in Environmental Management, from the University of Washington Foster School of Business and a B.A. in Math and Philosophy from Mount Holyoke College.
